Dr. Erin Clarkinson

Dr. Erin Clarkinson is a board certified Internal Medicine, Palliative Medicine & Hospice Physician. She was born and raised in Durango, CO, and is proud to be back home serving the community. Dr. Clarkinson identifies unique ways to serve patients who are struggling with serious and potentially life-limiting illness. She enjoys helping patients and their loved ones navigate end of life options and care. Dr. Clarkinson believes in supporting and empowering patients with knowledge and confidence to advocate for the best medical care–whatever that means to them.​ Services include: - attending and consulting physician services for Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) - navigation of end of life options in the face of serious illness -expert symptom management related to life-threatening illness -advanced care planning to ensure wishes are honored
